Roscoe Crosby signs with CFL
May 17th, 2007
Former Union Yellow Jacket stand-out and Clemson wide receiver Roscoe Crosby has signed a contract with the CFL’s Calgary Stampeders.
Crosby was on the Indianapolis Colts’ practice squad in 2005 and has spent much of his time with family while his mother has battled kidney problems.
The Frankfort Galaxy of NFL Europe drafted Crosby earlier this year, but he did not make the team.
“He’s still a young guy and Calgary’s giving him an opportunity. He has to take advantage of it.”
